General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees vary depending on the type of service and the time of cancellation. The following fees apply to all cancellations:

Cab Bookings

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: No cancellation fee
  • 24-48 hours before pickup: 25% of total booking amount
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% of total booking amount
  • No-show: 100% of total booking amount

Safari Bookings

  • More than 7 days before travel date: No cancellation fee
  • 3-7 days before travel date: 25% of total booking amount
  • Less than 3 days before travel date: 50% of total booking amount
  • No-show: 100% of total booking amount

Hotel Bookings

  • More than 14 days before check-in: No cancellation fee
  • 7-14 days before check-in: 25% of total booking amount
  • 3-7 days before check-in: 50% of total booking amount
  • Less than 3 days before check-in: 100% of total booking amount
  • No-show: 100% of total booking amount

Package Bookings

  • More than 30 days before departure: No cancellation fee
  • 15-30 days before departure: 25% of total booking amount
  • 7-15 days before departure: 50% of total booking amount
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total booking amount
  • No-show: 100% of total booking amount

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Navigate to "My Bookings" section
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Booking" button
  5. Confirm cancellation and review fees

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Special Circumstances

In certain circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees or offer alternative solutions:

  • Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
  • Natural disasters or travel restrictions
  • Military deployment or relocation
  • Death in the immediate family

Requests for fee waivers must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. We reserve the right to approve or deny all requests.


Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional bookings or special offers may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.


Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
