However, we understand that plans can change, and we offer a clear cancellation and refund policy to ensure transparency and convenience. Please review the following guidelines for cancellations and refunds:
1. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your safari or cab booking with us, but the cancellation terms depend on the time of cancellation before your scheduled ride. The following cancellation timelines apply:
Cancellation 24 hours or more before the scheduled booking time: You are eligible for a full refund or a 100% credit toward a future booking, depending on your preference.
Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled booking time: You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to you or can be used as credit for future bookings.
Cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled booking time: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled ride time. You may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
No-show: If you do not show up for your scheduled safari or cab booking, no refund will be issued. Please contact us if you encounter any delays or changes to your plans.
2. How to Cancel To cancel your booking, you can do so through our online portal or by contacting our customer service team directly. Please provide your booking reference number, name, and the reason for cancellation, and we will assist you promptly.
Online: Visit your booking account, log in, and follow the cancellation steps. Refund Policy Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation timeline. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refund Method: The refund will be credited to the payment method you used for booking (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account. Partial Refunds: For cancellations made within the 12-24 hour window, refunds will be calculated after deducting the cancellation fee, and the balance will be refunded. 4. Refund Exceptions Certain circumstances, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or governmental restrictions (e.g., park closures), may affect your safari or cab ride. In such cases, we will offer:
Full Refund: If your trip cannot be completed due to unavoidable circumstances, we will provide a full refund. Rescheduling: Alternatively, we can reschedule your booking for another date or provide credit for future travel. 5. Modification of Bookings If you need to change the date, time, or route of your safari or cab booking, we offer flexibility within certain conditions. Changes can be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled booking without incurring extra charges (subject to availability). If changes are made within 12 hours of the scheduled booking, additional charges may apply.
